Message I've been trying to sell my 90TT for about a month now. It has 69k miles and a clean title. Because of the damage it has been hard to find serious interest and the one guy who does want it has been jerking me around(I took a deposit on it 3 weeks ago, still nothing is settled).

Here's the problems:
If you check out the pictures below, you can see that there's some cosmetic body damage. Its going to cost me or said buyer about $2200 to fix at the average body shop.

The car has no stereo installed. I had an aftermarket system in the car, it has since been removed. I have the stock bose cassette, 3 speakers and 1 crossover in a box (not sure where the remaining are).

The car smells of burning oil at idle. I replaced the valve cover gaskets in February because the passengerside was leaking oil. There's still some oil residue that leaked down and it gives a fairly strong odor when the car is stopped with the AC turned on.

The car is not passing Cali smog. I had a diagnostic done and was told that I need new cats and new O2 sensors. The shop that did the diagnostic quoted me $690 for parts, labor and a new smog test w/ certificate.

Basically, I'm looking for some advice. If you were in my shoes, what would you do? Should I get this thing fixed and try to get it as close to perfect as I can? Should I sell it as is? If so, how much would you ask?

Thanks for any suggestions/help you all can offer.
